Social media is a powerful tool that can help you connect with your target audience and position you against the competition. But with so many platforms and options, it might feel hard knowing where to start.

Your followers want to see the real you. We can all question and doubt this aspect, but truly, the magic sauce of your business. (Especially for personal brands), is you!

I know! Mega easy to fall out of the habit, and as an SMM, I know this too well as often clients’ socials come first, but this is bad practice!

Allow time to respond to your comments and questions from followers – don’t ignore them!

Showing that you care about their opinion will go a long way in increasing your positioning and increase brand loyalty. Plus, it provides an opportunity to dig a little deeper.

What have they tried relating to their comment? How can you learn more? You can dig to explore the deeper implications of their pain points with compassion and attentiveness. It also shows that you’re responsive, both excellent qualities for any business to have.
